FlyMu Community Guidelines
Welcome to the FlyMu universe! As a member of our gaming community, you're expected to follow these guidelines that ensure everyone has an enjoyable and fair gaming experience. Take the time to read through each section carefully - understanding these rules is your responsibility as a player.
1. Fair Gaming & Anti-Cheat Measures

Zero Tolerance for Cheating
Any form of cheating, including hacks, bots, macros, or third-party software that gives unfair advantages, will result in immediate and permanent account termination. This includes any tools that interact with the game client or server. -
Bug & Exploit Policy
Discovering bugs or exploits doesn't make you special - reporting them immediately does. If you find any game-breaking issues, contact our staff right away. Keeping bugs secret or exploiting them will lead to severe consequences. -
Game Integrity
Manipulating game mechanics, creating fake guilds for Castle Siege, or any other actions that compromise fair play are strictly prohibited. -
Active Monitoring
Our anti-cheat systems continuously monitor player behavior. Suspicious activity will be investigated, and accounts may be suspended during review periods. -
Event & System Integrity
Abusing event mechanics, crafting systems, or any other game features for personal gain will result in immediate account termination. -
Responsible Reporting
If you discover potential exploits or suspicious behavior, report it directly to our staff team. Sharing such information publicly or with other players is forbidden and may result in penalties.
2. Community Standards & Behavior

Respectful Communication
Treat every player with respect. Harassment, threats, insults, or any form of verbal abuse will not be tolerated. This applies regardless of whether you feel provoked or justified. -
Global Chat Etiquette
Our global chat channels are for legitimate game-related discussions only. This includes trading, party formation, guild recruitment, and helping new players. Excessive off-topic conversation or spam will be moderated. -
Inclusive Environment
Discrimination based on nationality, religion, political views, gender, or any other personal characteristics is absolutely forbidden. This rule extends to character names, guild names, and guild emblems. -
Staff Respect
Our staff team dedicates countless hours to maintain and improve FlyMu. Disrespecting any staff member, regardless of the circumstances, will result in immediate consequences. -
Guild Leadership
Guild leaders are responsible for their members' behavior. Guilds that consistently violate rules or create toxic environments may face collective sanctions.
3. Staff Impersonation & Authority

Identity Protection
Never claim to be a staff member or act on behalf of our team. Creating characters with similar names to staff members or pretending to have staff connections is strictly prohibited. -
Administrative Authority
All staff decisions are final and non-negotiable. Questioning or challenging administrative actions will result in additional penalties. Staff members have the authority to make exceptions when necessary for server stability. -
Game Master Standards
Our Game Masters are held to the highest standards. They cannot use their powers for personal benefit or show disrespect to players. In return, players must treat Game Masters with appropriate respect.
4. Communication & Advertising

Advertising Restrictions
Only legitimate in-game trading and official FlyMu-related content may be advertised in our channels. Promoting other servers, cheats, inappropriate content, or external services is strictly forbidden. -
Spam Prevention
Repeated messages, excessive posting, or using multiple accounts to circumvent chat restrictions will result in temporary or permanent chat bans. -
Account Limitations
Players are limited to 2 active accounts per device and 6 connections per IP address. Attempting to bypass these restrictions will result in account limitations or bans.
5. Virtual Economy & Trading

Fair Trading Practices
Scamming, fraud, or any deceptive trading practices are strictly forbidden. All transactions must be conducted honestly and transparently. -
Real Money Trading Ban
Selling or buying accounts, items, or in-game currency for real money is absolutely prohibited. This includes offering or requesting leveling services, farming services, or any other real-money transactions outside official channels. -
No Unauthorized Fees
Charging other players for access to game locations, party spots, or any other in-game resources is not allowed. -
Payment Security
Using stolen payment methods, unauthorized cards, or any fraudulent payment methods for donations will result in permanent bans and potential legal action.
6. Reporting & Evidence

False Accusations
Publicly accusing players of cheating without solid evidence is harmful to our community. Such accusations can damage innocent players' reputations and create unnecessary drama. -
Proper Reporting Channels
If you have legitimate concerns about player behavior or discover potential exploits, use our official reporting system. Do not share such information publicly or with other players. -
Evidence Integrity
Submitting edited screenshots, fabricated evidence, or false reports based on personal conflicts will result in severe penalties. All evidence must be authentic and unaltered.
7. Purchase & Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy
All items purchased through our website are digital products. Once a purchase is completed and benefits are delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. -
Payment Agreement
By making any purchase, you agree that digital products are non-refundable. You also agree not to dispute charges, request chargebacks, or seek partial refunds after receiving in-game benefits. -
Support for Issues
If you experience technical difficulties with purchases, contact our support team immediately. We're here to help resolve legitimate issues, but refunds are not available.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Donor Community Guidelines

Equal Treatment
We appreciate every donation that helps improve FlyMu. However, donors receive no special privileges in terms of rule enforcement or community standing. All players are treated equally regardless of donation history. -
Community Standards
Donors must follow the same rules as all other players. Donation status does not provide immunity from penalties or special treatment in disputes. -
Account Consequences
If a donor's account is banned for rule violations, all items and benefits remain permanently locked. No exceptions are made for donation history.
10. Account Security & Ownership

Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your account security. Never share login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members. -
Account Ownership
Claims that "someone else used my account" are not accepted as excuses for rule violations. You are responsible for all activity on your account, regardless of who performed the actions. -
Connection Limitations
Attempting to bypass account or IP restrictions through shared connections or other methods will result in penalties.
11. Enforcement & Appeals

Progressive Penalties
Repeated violations result in increasingly severe consequences, up to and including permanent account termination. Once an account is permanently banned, all associated data and items are permanently lost. -
Appeal Process
While most bans are final, legitimate appeals may be submitted through our support system at flymuonline.com/support. Appeals must include clear evidence and respectful communication. Frivolous or disrespectful appeals will be ignored.

Rule Awareness
If you're unsure whether an action violates our rules, it's better to ask first. "I didn't know" is not an acceptable defense for rule violations. -

Our staff reserves the right to modify these rules, make exceptions, or take action against any behavior that threatens our community, even if not explicitly covered in these guidelines.
